You can contact the email moshenatural@gmail.com to cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the order has not yet been processed;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot intercept it, so you cannot cancel the order halfway, you should apply for a return after receiving the goods;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Provide photos of product received and reason for return and exchange
After we confirm receipt of your return request\/exchange request, we will provide you with return address information.

When we receive your exchanged item and check that it is OK, we will process the exchange within 1-5 business days and contact you by email!
Please note thatIf the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
